The City of Cypress is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist with the implementation of affordable housing programs to achieve affordable housing goals and meet regulatory requirements. The selected firm will assist the City with initial development of housing program policies and procedures and on-going administration and monitoring. The firm may also provide technical assistance with affordable project processing and related projects on an as-needed basis.
The City anticipates entering into a five-year agreement with the selected firm, with the option to extend for additional terms for a maximum of 10 years.
Consultant shall submit one electronic copy of the Proposal in pdf format no later than 4:00 PM, on Friday, August 19, 2022. Hard copies are not required.
