The City of Cypress, Public Works Department, is requesting a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified civil engineering firms to provide consulting services on an “as-needed” contract basis. The City will issue task orders for each project based upon a scope of work, work schedule, and fee proposal submitted to the City for its review and approval. The contract term shall be for two years with the City receiving the option to grant three (3) one-year extensions at the end of the term.
Submittal deadline:
Interested firms shall submit one electronic (PDF) copy no larger than 5MB in size to Nick Mangkalakiri, P.E., Assistant City Engineer via email [email protected] by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2022.
