ANAHEIM, Calif. (April 27, 2023) — Carnival rides, games, prizes, entertainment and family fun return to Anaheim’s La Palma Park for our annual celebration of Cinco de Mayo.

The fun is set for May 4-7 at La Palma Park in north Anaheim off Harbor Boulevard near the Riverside (91) Freeway.

Thousands are expected for the annual event, one of our city’s largest and most fun gatherings all year.

The four-day fiesta is a celebration of Anaheim’s rich Mexican American culture, with authentic food and bands for everyone to enjoy.

Along with great music and food, there’s a soccer tournament, break-dancing competition and carnival rides.

Entry is free. Rides, games and food are available for purchase.

For rides, you can buy an unlimited wristband for $40 per day or 24 coupons for $20. Single coupons are $1.

Expect some changes this year for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.

This year’s event will see walk-through metal detectors, metal wands and bag checks at entrances, all to ensure a fun, safe event.

We’ll work to get everyone into and enjoying the fun as quickly as possible. But you may encounter some waits at busy times of the day.

La Palma Park is easily accessible from the 91 freeway and Harbor Boulevard. You can set your directions to 1151 N. La Palma Parkway.

Free parking is available next to and around La Palma Park.

Most parking is just north of the park with a lot at La Palma Parkway and Swan Street.

Additional parking is available at a lot just to the north at West Carl Karcher Way at Swan Street near the UEI College building.

Please do not park Carl’s Jr. or other businesses operating during the fiesta.

There’s also some parking at Horace Mann Elementary at 600 W. La Palma Ave., just west of Harbor Boulevard.
