The California Highway Patrol has activated an Endangered Missing Advisory (EMA) on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department. The at-risk/missing person is Thomas Schumacher. He is 56 years old, 5’6″ tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Thomas Schumacher was last seen on November 5, 2022, at approximately 7 a.m. in the City of Los Angeles at E. Adams Ave. and Maple Blvd. Schumacher is believed to be in a black and silver wheelchair, wearing a navy blue jacket.
