Synoptek, a systems integrator and managed services provider, said that Tim Britt will step down from his role as chief executive officer after 24 years of leadership.
Salil Godika, previously CEO of Synoptek India, has been appointed as the new chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Britt will transition to executive chairman of the board of directors and will remain actively involved in the company, advising on strategic initiatives and business development.
