Beyoncé may rock weaves and wigs, but she’s proving to fans she also has a head full of natural hair.
In the wee hours of Monday morning, she posted a video on Instagram to show the health of her locks.
While the video promotes her haircare line Cécred, it also slams critics who have claimed she hasn’t been showing her natural hair to sell the products.
“Being disruptive and challenging everything people feel should be the process has always been exciting to me. My hair and music seemed to do that a lot over the years,” she wrote in the caption.
Queen Bey narrates the nearly two-minute-long video, which shows what a typical wash day looks like for her. She also debunks the misconception that “people who wear wigs don’t have long and healthy hair.”
“That’s some bulls–t because it ain’t nobody’s business,” she says in a playful voice.
She then walks her followers through her styling routine, while touting the health of her tresses from the products themselves.
The Beyhive took to the comment section to praise the 32-time Grammy winner for clapping back at the haters.
“She said ‘here yall go. Now shut up!’ Lol,” commented one fan.
“She REALLY SAID ‘now look around everybody on MUTE!’” another follower wrote.
Cécred was released in February—products within the line range between $20 to $52.
