Auto Club Speedway season 2021

Auto Club Speedway season 2021

As you know, the NASCAR season for 2021 is in full throttle!! The Auto Club Speedway NASCAR race for the weekend of February 26-28 has been canceled because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and will be moved to The Daytona International Speedway. I spoke with management regarding the Auto Club Dragway and as of now it is closed until further notice, they told me to check back regularly. I will keep you up to date when it opens.

Located about 57 miles northeast of Orange County in Fontana, Auto Club Speedway hosts many events throughout the year such as club racing, racing schools, and one of my favorites, drag racing. The D-shaped track is one of the fastest on the NASCAR circuit.

The Auto Club Speedway 2021 season may have a hiccup, but that cannot stop the anticipation for the 2022 race season!

I will be posting additional information as I receive it along with photos of events of the past to keep your withdrawals to a minimum.

Big shoutout to NASCAR driver Cole Custer out of Ladera Ranch for giving us such a great show yesterday racing in the Daytona 500. Cole Custer attended Tesoro High School and is now 23 years old and is making quite a name for himself as a Professional stock car racing driver. Cole was 2nd youngest winner in a NASCAR-sanctioned race and was 2020 NASCAR Cup Series Rookie of the Year!! At the end of the Day yesterday at the Daytona 500 Michael McDowell takes the checkered flag.
