The new Amazon Fresh grocery store in Huntington Beach, CA (6911 Warner Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92647) is now open. This Amazon Fresh location will offer Just Walk Out Shopping, which adds convenience to customers’ shopping experience by giving them the option to skip the checkout line.
The Huntington Beach store, which is the 15th Amazon Fresh location in southern California, is proud to support the community by creating hundreds of high-quality jobs with a starting wage of $16.40/hour, in addition to donating surplus food to local food banks.
To celebrate the Huntington Beach store’s grand opening, Amazon Fresh is hosting exciting festivities all weekend long, including giveaways, free samples, and special discounts on items. All opening deals can be found here, including:
- Farm raised tilapia fillet for $4.99/lb
- Yellow honey mangoes for 49 cents/each
- Annie’s Mac and Cheese for $1.59/each
- 50% off all Aplenty products
Customers shopping at the Huntington Beach location can also take advantage of a coupon found in their weekly circular for $10 off an order of $20 or more for shopping trips made at the store until June 18. Customers may use the paper coupon at the Just Walk Out exit or at the traditional checkout.
Just Walk Out Shopping
Customers who opt to use Just Walk Out Shopping can enter the store by scanning the In-Store QR code in their Amazon app, using Amazon One, or inserting a credit or debit card to open the Just Walk Out gates. Once inside the store, customers can shop like normal. Anything they take off the shelf is automatically added to their virtual cart, and anything they put back on the shelf comes out of their virtual cart. At the end of their trip, customers shopping with the Just Walk Out experience simply scan or insert their entry method again to exit and they’re good to go.
