John S. Cha is a Partner in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Since 1987, he has represented businesses and business owners in litigation and transactional matters involving real estate, labor and employment, commercial disputes, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, insurance law, and commercial transactions. He also advises human resources professionals on employment matters. Mr. Cha has extensive jury and bench trial experience, as well as experience in alternative dispute resolution, and represents clients in state, federal, and appellate courts. He also offers Korean-language mediation services, helping parties resolve business and personal disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.

Charles Clark is a Partner in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Clark is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience handling civil litigation. His practice focuses on real estate and commercial disputes, securities fraud, trade secret misappropriation and unlawful detainer matters. He has represented a broad range of clients through every stage of litigation, from large real estate developers to independent businesses of all sizes. Mr. Clark was recognized with the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce’s 40 Under 40 Award and is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Orange County Bar Association.

Stephanie Nation is a Partner in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Nation brings over 25 years of experience in transactional real estate, specifically focusing on the creation and management of common interest developments throughout California, including master planned communities, mixed-use projects and condominium developments. Ms. Nation guides residential and commercial real estate developers in pre-acquisition due diligence and title matters and, in the creation and management of common interest developments, ensuring adherence to various government regulations such as the Department of Real Estate, Fannie Mae, FHA and VA. Ms. Nation advises clients on the preparation of sales and disclosure documentation as well as the formation and operation of homeowner associations.

Thomas Song is a Partner in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group. Mr. Song represents employers in high-stakes employment litigation and provides practical, strategic guidance on a wide range of workplace issues facing California businesses. He has significant experience defending employers in wage-hour class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions, and single-plaintiff lawsuits. Mr. Song is also recognized for his deep OSHA experience. As a former legal counsel to the Cal/OSHA Appeals Board, he uses his unique background to effectively defend his clients in response to all OSHA compliance and enforcement matters. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Song served as a nuclear-trained officer in the U.S. Navy.
