Chef Tim Hollingsworth, who previously spent decade at Michelin-starred The French Laundry in Yountville, is opening a new wood-fire kitchen concept at the OCVibe development in Anaheim next year.
Hollingsworth, who received the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef of the Year Award in 2010, is the third restaurateur to join OCVibe’s lineup of dine-in outposts which already includes chefs Roy Choi and Damon Cho. Two more are yet to be announced.
“I’ve spent much of my career cooking in Los Angeles, and over the years, I’ve welcomed so many guests from Orange County,” chef Hollingsworth said in a statement. “It’s exciting to now bring something to them in Anaheim.”
OCVibe, the $4 billion mixed-use hub backed by Henry and Susan Samueli, is scheduled to come online in March 2027.
