A California-licensed attorney with an LL.M. in Taxation, Barkow leads the firm’s legal practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, tax structuring, succession planning, and corporate governance.
Barkow brings nearly a decade of experience advising businesses and their owners on complex transactions and strategic matters. Over the past year, she has led and advised on transactions ranging from $3 million to $195 million in enterprise value.
