Orange County’s Emerging Business Leaders

CEO Leadership Alliance Orange County (CLAOC) launched OC Fellows (ocfellows.org) in 2020 to retain and elevate top early-career talent in our region—critical for Orange County’s long-term innovative and economic vitality. Nearly 250 professionals are connected through the diverse and engaged OC Fellows community. Now in its seventh year, more than 90% of the OC Fellows are still working in OC.

In addition to bringing outstanding commitment and skills to their teams, organizations, and personal causes, many OC Fellows give back by mentoring college students through CLAOC’s programs, helping shape the next-generation workforce.

I originally came to OC from Colorado to begin my Medtronic career. In my role, I develop manufacturing processes that meet high-quality standards and help serve more patients.
