BNBuilders is pleased to announce the promotion of Ross Brown, LEED AP, DBIA to Vice President of Operations for California.
Over the past 14 years with BNBuilders, Brown has helped deliver some of the company’s most technically complex projects while building strong relationships with clients, partners, and employees. As a longtime leader in San Diego, he has been instrumental in the region’s growth and in cultivating the collaborative, people-first culture that defines BNBuilders.
In recent years, Brown has expanded his leadership beyond San Diego to support teams across California while contributing to companywide operational initiatives and departmental leadership. As Vice President of Operations for California, he will continue to strengthen collaboration across the region and help advance strategic priorities throughout the organization.
