WISEPlace, a nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness in Orange County, proudly announces the appointment of Nahal Kazemi as board president, Tim Johnson as vice president and treasurer, and Mimi Lin handling governance.
Nahal Kazemi works as Counsel at Keller/Anderle, LLP and an Assistant Professor of Law at Chapman University Fowler School of Law. Her governance expertise and commitment to transparency help strengthen WISEPlace’s mission to empower those experiencing homelessness through housing and supportive services.

Tim Johnson is a partner at JLK Rosenberger, LLP, where he brings extensive expertise in tax planning, accounting, and strategic financial planning. His leadership at WISEPlace ensures strong financial stewardship and sustainable growth as the organization expands its impact and services to the community.

Mimi Lin is a partner at Shulman Bastian Friedman Bui & O’Dea, LLP, where she manages transactions for general business, corporate and real estate matters. Her experience with organizational governance and compliance supports WISEPlace as it continues to scale and provide transformative wrap around services to those in need.
