January cover doctor Samir Shah, a 2026 Physician of Excellence, joined guests for an immersive culinary and cocktail experience featuring tastings from some of Orange County and Los Angeles’ most celebrated restaurants and beverage brands.
From bold Mexican flavors by Flecha Cantina, Salt and Lime, Chelas Mexican Kitchen, and Descanso, to refined bites from Sushi Roku and The Yellow Chili, the evening delivered nonstop flavor and discovery. Comfort favorites from Georgia’s Soul Food, including their signature jambalaya, paired perfectly with sweet moments from Small Batch Donuts and Nothing Bundt Cakes.

Throughout the evening, Perfect Hydration provided a refreshing water offering for attendees.
