TGR Foundation appointed Shante Carter to its senior leadership team as CFO and Executive Vice President of Business Administration.
With a shared commitment to empowering students through education, Carter is responsible for guiding the organization’s financial health and operational effectiveness. Reporting to CEO Cyndi Court, she will provide strategic leadership in finance, human resources, information technology, and facilities management.
Carter is a skilled executive leader with more than 20 years of experience. She graduated from Morgan State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and later earned an executive MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
