T-Pain and Crocs collab for ‘boots with the fur’

Close to two decades ago, we were introduced to Flo Rida and T-Pain’s hit song “Low.”

It was when we learned that “Shawty had them AppleBottom jeans and boots with the fur and the whole club was lookin’ at her.”

Now, T-Pain is putting his money where his mouth is for a new collaboration with Crocs. The “Bartender” singer and the footwear brand created the Classic Unfurgettable Leopard Knee High Boot.

The boot is the brand’s “tallest silhouette ever, standing at 35.4 inches (90 cm).”

“This limited-edition statement piece is wrapped in a plush, vegan, leopard-print fur and adorned with 17 Jibbitz charms, chains and embellishments embodying self-expression,” a press release explained. “The boot introduces new design elements including a backstrap, clip, and metal loop rivet offering fans new opportunities for personalization. Crocs is not just thinking outside the proverbial (shoe) box – they’re inventing it, with fans leading the way.”

Crocs said it’s releasing the boot after customers requested “an ultra-elevated, stylish boot with the casual comfort Crocs is known for.”

The shoe will be released on Oct. 23, which has been dubbed “Crocs Day.” It will be accompanied by other faux fur-trimmed Crocs as part of an exclusive collection. The Classic Unfurgettable Leopard Knee High Boot will be available globally on Crocs.com.
