There is now a way to “Shake it Off” to Taylor Swift at the club, but at a more reasonable time of day.
“Are you ready for it? From ‘Enchanted’ sing-alongs to ‘Vigilante Sh*t’ struts, Sleepyheads invites you to a Swiftie celebration where every beat hits like a heart-shaped punch of nostalgia and joy,” the online description explained. “Whether you’re in your ‘Reputation’ era, rocking ‘Lover’ pinks, or embracing ‘Folklore’ vibes, this is where your Taylor-made dreams come to life. The vibe? Electric. The crowd? Gorgeous. The setlist? Chef’s kiss. Come dance, cry, scream, and sparkle with your fellow Swifties. It’s been a long time coming… but we’re so glad you made it.”
The Sleepyheads Taylor Swift Dance Party will feature the singer’s biggest hits, but will allow attendees to still be in bed at a decent time “because even Swifties need their beauty sleep after dancing all night (in their dreams),”
The party takes place at Resident in downtown Los Angeles on Oct. 5 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets run for $15.
You must be 21 or over to attend. The venue will have a full bar for guests to purchase drinks.
To “pre-game like it’s 1989,” organizers created a Spotify playlist.
