Easterseals Southern California, the largest provider of essential disability and community services to children, adults, and their families, welcomes Sonia Moldovan and Chad Watson to its board of directors.

Moldovan leads the Conrad N. Hilton Program Department, where she provides thought leadership on strategy, evaluation, and oversight of an annual grant and Program Related Investment Portfolio of approximately $300 million. Moldovan joined the Hilton Foundation in 2020 as the first-ever director of Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation Division. In that role she built a team of experts who developed equity-focused strategies that enhanced the Foundation’s impact on the communities it serves. With a career spanning two decades, Moldovan has contributed to domestic and international programs across sectors such as education, health, and livelihoods.

Watson is Vice President, Corporate Partnerships, Anaheim Ducks & Honda Center. With 20 years of combined NFL and NHL experience in corporate partnerships and marketing, Watson oversees partnerships for the Ducks, the Center, the Rinks and other OC Sports & Entertainment businesses. He leads a team that is responsible for monetizing the organization’s intellectual property, media, digital, signage and other marketing assets that make up the sponsorship vertical. Watson has previously worked in corporate partnerships and marketing with a variety of companies spanning media and other global industries.
