Karman Space and Defense said today that FY 2024 revenue grew 23% to $345 million year over year while annual net income rose to $12.7 million.
It was the first earnings statement since the company (NYSE: KRMN) went public in February.
For the full fiscal year 2025, the company said it expects total revenue to grow to between $423 million and $433 million.
Shares in Karman rose 1% to $28.11 in after-hours trading, while the market cap was $3.7 billion at midday.
