Woodbridge 60, Rowland 30: Host Woodbridge, which was moved up to the No. 2 seed in the division, was led by Stephen Lamp, who had 18 points and Jason Briggs and Jaiden Sabino, who had 11 points each. The Warriors move on to face El Dorado Friday at Woodbridge.

Northwood 75, Quartz Hill 69: Northwood (22-7) was led by Sidd Raj who had 20 points. Ryan Abaye and Zaid Yunis had 19 points each for the Timberwolves. Aidan Arnold had seven points and Sam Alegre six points for Northwood, which moves on to face Huntington Beach Friday on the Oilers’ home court.

El Dorado 57, Hart 45: The Golden Hawks (19-10) were led by Nathan Meek with 15 points and Noah Barker with 14 points. Andrew Salvador had 13 points and Caleb Hendrix 12 points for El Dorado, which will play at No. 2 Woodbridge Friday night.

Irvine 71, Midland 23: Irvine, making its first appearance in the CIF playoffs, notched the first playoff victory for the program in 15 years, according to Coach Harry Meussner. Cooper Stearns scored 19 points, Finn Hoffman had 10 points and Ali Dal seven points. Third-seeded Irvine (16-13) moves on to the second round Friday at home.

DIVISION 4AA

Costa Mesa 86, Burroughs 77: Costa Mesa, the Orange Coast League champion, was led by Dylan Dunbar, who had 25 points. Marlee Slone had 17 points and seven assists, Kembe Howerton 14 points and 11 rebounds; Marco Rosas 15 points and six rebounds and Garry Slone, who had nine points and seven assists. Costa Mesa plays Brea Olinda Friday night.

Godinez 82, Marshall 43: Jaiden Torres scored 14 points, Adrian Gonzalez had 13 points and Lucas Andaluz and Israel Moreno 10 points each to lead the third-seeded Grizzlies to a win at home. Godinez plays Heritage in Menifee Friday night.

Tarbut V’ Torah 51, San Jacinto 41: TVT pulled away in the fourth quarter for the victory. Yonah Light had 17 points and 12 rebounds, Jake Goblentz-Brown 16 points and nine rebounds and the 3-pointer in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Isaac Joelson added 15 points for the Lions, who move on to play Saturday.

DIVISION 5A

Rancho Alamitos 69, Colton 51: Henry Phan scored 22 points, Inoke Malo had 19 points, Luis Rico 14 points and Ozzy Ramos 10 points and 13 rebounds. The Vaqueros will host Anaheim Friday night.
