Nothing can come between Jessica Biel and her snacks, not even a shower.

The actress admitted to her TikTok followers on Jan. 22 that eating in the shower is a splash hit.

“I really want to start a movement, a shower-eating movement,” she explained to her over 430K followers. “I think, for people who are multitasking, it’s just going to be a relief in so many ways.”

She also offered tips on how to achieve this.

“Here’s my rules for shower eating, a ledge is really helpful,” she continued. “Somewhere that you can stick your cup, your yogurt container, your coffee, your espresso—whatever it is you’re enjoying. But, I like to take a bite or a sip and put it on the ledge, and then you know, you do your thing. You wash your hair.”

“Keep the soap out, that’s a big deal,” she continued. “You can do this guys. It’s not a big deal. I find it deeply satisfying.”

If you are going to partake, the “7th Heaven” actress did have a warning.

“Only tricky thing is, when you’re chewing, you gotta keep your mouth close because I still like to get under the water while I’m chewing, and for whatever reason, I want to open my mouth at the same time and spit water,” she admitted. “I don’t know if it’s a childhood squirt gun situation. A deep-rooted need to spit water in the face of someone. Maybe just because I get spit in the face with water all the time by my kids. So, I’m just ready at any moment to retaliate.”

Before you get to noshing, Biel sent fans away with some final words of advice.

“That’s the pro tip chew, do not open the mouth, do not let the shower water in,” she concluded. “There you go, enjoy your shower-consuming.”

Some of her followers didn’t think this was a bad idea, especially for moms.

Biel and her husband, Justin Timberlake, have two sons. Silas, 8, and Phineas, 2.

“I got four kids, they eat my food, I stand behind this 100 percent since it’s the only place I have privacy,” the follower commented.

Another chimed in saying, “I think it’s just called hiding from your family. That’s what I call it.”

Biel first brought this up to her followers in December.

“I love to eat and drink in the shower,” she explained.

She listed shower-appropriate items like cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, and popsicles.

“Down the drain, anything drops, you’re good.”
