Adam Harrison, the son of Rick Harrison, one of the stars of the hit History reality show “Pawn Stars,” has died.
Family spokesperson Laura Herlovich confirmed Harrison, 39, died Friday, and said his death was from a suspected drug overdose and issued a short statement.
“Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss,” the statement read.
Herlovich said she didn’t know where Harrison died or the overdose substance.
Though Adam Harrison was not featured on “Pawn Stars,” which has aired since 2009, his oldest brother, Corey Harrison was.
Both Richard Harrison and Corey Harrison posted short memorial comments on their Instagram accounts.
“Pawn Stars,” which has aired for 21 seasons, centers on family relationships and business operations of a storefront business on Las Vegas Boulevard.
Family patriarch Richard Harrison, who was characterized on the show as “The Old Man,” died in June 2018 at age 77.
