Villa Park 56, Glendora 44: The Spartans (2-0) were led by Mal Johnson, who had 21 points, four steals and two rebounds; Tristan Griffin, who had 11 points, five rebounds and two steals and Jared Hoggard, who had 11 points, four rebounds and two steals.

La Serna 46, El Dorado 45: The Hawks (1-1) were led by Andrew Salvador with 13 points and Caleb Hendrix with 11 points. La Serna battled back from a nine-point deficit after three quarters.
