ST. MARGARET’S 1, SANTA ANA 0 (8 innings): The Tartans captured an Orange Coast League victory in a makeup game Saturday at Santa Ana. Senior Andrew Golubow pitched a four-hit shutout, striking out eight. Senior Andrew Miehe had the game winning home run with two outs in the top of the eighth. Freshman Sebastian Salazar went 3 for 5 for St. Margaret’s (1-8, 1-5). Josh Delgado pitched the first five innings and Angel Torres the next three for Santa Ana (4-8, 2-5).

YUCIAPA 6, FULLERTON 5 (8 innings): Luke Scherer had a walk-off single to win it for the Thunderbirds (5-5) in a non-league Saturday that was arranged on Friday. Jesiah Andrade hit a two-run double to tie the game in the seventh. Noble Ortega and Noah Reimer combined to pitch 5 1/3 shutout innings in relief. Fullerton (8-4) was led offensively by Connor Sunderland who was 3 for 4 with two runs scored and an RBI and Zach Fany, who was 1 for 3 with two runs scored. Malachi Meni and George Papadatos had the other RBI for the Indians, who had nine hits.

Yucaipa had 10 hits but made three errors.

WOODBRIDGE 3, LAGUNA HILLS 2: The Warriors (13-3, 12-2) bounced back from an 8-5 loss to Laguna Hills Friday to win Saturday’s Pacific Coast League game at Ryan Lemmon Stadium. Jake Amundson went the distance to get his second win of the year, striking out four. Brandon Abernathy was 2 for 3 with two runs scored and a stolen base, Amundson was 1 for 2 with a walk, run scored and a stolen base, Nolan Stottlemyer was 2 for 3 with an RBI, Matthew Kuromoto had an RBI and Alex Serafin was 1 for 3.

COSTA MESA 3, PARAMOUNT 0: The Mustangs won a non-league game Saturday. Will Clark, who pitched five innings, was the winning pitcher. He allowed three hits and struck out four. Brennan Borg pitched two innings to get the save, striking out five. Grady Jackson was 2 for 3 with three RBI and Matt Anderson 2 for 3 with a double and an RBI for Costa Mesa (13-1).

SANTA MARGARITA 5, SERVITE 0: The Eagles completed a sweep of the Trinity League series Saturday. Hayden George pitched a complete game, striking out seven and allowing one hit. Jake Lavin was 1 for 1 with a home run, Logan DeGroot was 1 for 2 with a double and an RBHI and Zach Fjelstad was 1 for 2 with an RBI.

FOOTHILL 4, BREA OLINDA 2: The Knights won a Century Conference game Saturday at Sedoo Field. Ernie Gonzalez pitched the first four innings, allowing no hits and no earned runs and struck out five. Adam Ujiie pitched three innings, allowing no earned runs and striking out three. Offensively, Ezekial Vargas was 2 for 3 with a double, run scored and two RBI; Garrett Davidson was 1 for 1 with a run scored, RBI, two walks and a stolen base; Andrew Parker was 1 for 2 with a run scored and a stolen base and Jack Muller was 1 for 3 with an RBI and a stolen base.

LA MIRADA 5, EL MODENA 0: La Mirada (9-2) won the non-league game and Walker Calvo, Donald Murray and Eric Jeon combined to pitch a no-hitter. Calvo pitched four innings, Murray one and Jeon two
