With rising violent crime, much of it gang-related, it will be eye opening to hear from former gang member Jesse Holguin, founder of the LEXIT (Latinos Exiting the Left) movement. The ex-LA gang member gave his life to Christ after being shot and paralyzed. Holguin will be the featured speaker at the Long Beach Republican Women Federated Saturday, March 11, 2023, breakfast meeting. Conveniently held at The Grand in Long Beach (4101 E. Willow Street, Long Beach 90815), registration starts at 9 a.m. followed by a scrumptious all-you-can-eat breakfast served at 9:30 a.m. The cost is just $30 for members and $35 for non-members and there is free covered parking.

Holguin has said in interviews that he started LEXIT in 2018 as a means of countering the avalanche of misinformation used by the Democrat Party to maintain the Latino vote and keep Latinos powerless. His goal is to educate Latinos and encourage them to vote with their values – faith, family, and country. Holguin has transformed himself from a ruthless gang member into a strong Christian who now fights for justice. He has dedicated his life to leading Latinos and others away from the progressive Left and back towards their faith. This amazing young man has been to the Trump White House several times and has been a featured speaker at Turning Point USA’s Young Latino Leadership Summit.
