The City of Garden Grove’s mixed-use, rental housing project in OC Koreatown, Garden Brook Senior Village, is now accepting a second round of applications for residential tenants. To be placed on the interest list, eligible seniors can call (714) 462-5810 or visit conam.com/property/garden-brook-senior-village. For in-person assistance, visit the Garden Brook Senior Village front office at 10080 Garden Grove Boulevard.
To be placed on the interest list, seniors must be 62 years of age or older; pass a low barrier background and credit screening; and the applicant’s income must be one-and-a-half times the rent. The senior-living units are available to households at or below 60% of the Orange County Area Median Income (AMI). Currently there are availabilities for studios and one bedrooms. The following chart shows the occupancy and income limits.

The 8-story, 12,938 square-feet adaptive reuse project near OC Koreatown will include commercial space on the first floor; 394 senior-living units, comprised of 129 studio units, 219 1-bedroom units, and 46 2-bedroom units; community spaces including an indoor fitness area, library room with multifunctional space, and two general-use community rooms; and on-site laundry facilities.
Additionally, Garden Brook Senior Village’s intergenerational partnership with the neighboring Boys and Girls Clubs of Garden Grove will include programs that foster mutually-benefitting youth and senior interactions.
The project was developed by AMG & Associates, LLC and Pacific West Communities, Inc., and the property is owned by the Hoag Foundation, a non-profit corporation supporting the Boys and Girls Clubs of Garden Grove.
