The City of Garden Grove is seeking qualified and committed candidates who are service-oriented and passionate about making a difference in the community to join the Garden Grove Police Department. Job openings for full-time and part-time positions include police recruit; police recruit – academy enrolled; police officer – academy trained; lateral police officer; and police cadet.

The Garden Grove Police Cadet Program introduces young men and women to the various aspects of the police department to prepare them for a career in law enforcement.
