ANAHEIM, Calif. (May 11, 2022) – Anaheim homicide detectives are investigating after the body of a subject was located in an Anaheim field.
On Thursday, May 11, 2022, at about 9:20 a.m., a passerby called Anaheim PD to report a possible deceased subject located in a field in the area of Phoenix Club Drive and Sanderson Avenue. Anaheim PD personnel arrived on scene and located the body of an individual who appeared to have suffered trauma.
Anaheim homicide and forensic personnel have responded to take over the investigation. Detectives currently are not providing identifying information about the victim or disclosing the nature of the injuries. Anyone with information is urged to call Orange County Crime Stoppers at 855-TIP-OCCS.
