Janet Nguyen announced that she has received the endorsement of the Peace Officers Research Association Of California (PORAC) in her campaign for Senate District 36. This endorsement signifies that Janet Nguyen is law enforcement’s top choice for this Senate District.

President of PORAC, Brian Marble said, “Janet Nguyen has a longstanding record of standing up for victims of violent crime and she supports law enforcement. Janet has always had the courage to put politics aside and do what is right to help make communities safer and that’s why she has the endorsement of the 75,000 members of our organization across the State of California. We appreciate your strong and constant support for Proposition 13 and your excellent service to taxpayers. We look forward to continuing to work with you in the years ahead.”

“I have supported public safety and I always will,” said Janet Nguyen. “With crime rates at an all-time high, they need our support now more than ever in order to keep our communities safe.”

PORAC represents over 75,000 public safety members and over 930 associations, making it the largest law enforcement organization in California and the largest statewide association in the nation.
