The Saddleback-Mission Viejo Elks Lodge #2444 is proud to initiate 17 new Members into the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks. The Initiation took place at the Lodge and is performed by the Officers of the Lodge who represent the 4 virtues of the American fraternal order, Fidelity, Brotherly Love, Charity, and Justice. This Member only ceremony has been in use since the inception of the Organization in 1868 making it one of the oldest charitable organizations in the United States.
The Mission Viejo-Saddleback Valley Elks Lodge #2444 is celebrating over 50 years of service to Saddleback Valley Communities. It is one of 8 lodges in the Orange Coast District of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (BPOE) whose headquarters is in Chicago, Illinois.
